Academic Instructional Coach, MPTN Child Development Center
About The Position
The Academic Instructional Coach is responsible for the overall development, implementation and oversight of the program’s coaching program and ensures all staff have access to ongoing professional development and oversight to program requirements regarding best practices in working with young children. The Coach designs and provides training to small and large groups of staff and individual staff. The Coach is responsible for developing, scheduling, and maintaining the professional development calendar and itineraries for the Child Development program. Responsible for providing training and direct supervision of the Head Teachers as well as monitoring and evaluating job performance. Must have compassion and understanding for the needs of children and families from economically and culturally diverse backgrounds.
