Position Summary: The Academic Innovation Programs Assistant provides operational, financial tracking, communications, and administrative support for initiatives within Academic Innovation Programs (AIP) in the Office of Academic Affairs. This position assists with financial reconciliation and revenue tracking for CU system-managed courses and specializations on the Coursera platform, supports program communications and documentation, and provides coordination for academic initiatives, events, and special projects. The role also provides general administrative support and contributes to maintaining organized systems and processes that support AIP and Office of Academic Affairs operations. This position reports to the Director of Academic Programs & Policy Analysis and is exempt from the state of Colorado classified system. This is a part‑time position (8–10 hours per week) that is project‑funded for a 12‑month term. Where You Will Work: Applicants must be Colorado residents or able to relocate to Colorado within a month of starting employment with University of Colorado System Administration. This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule, working some days from home and some days in office. Please note, leadership may adjust in-office work requirements with a minimum of three months' notice before any change can be implemented.
