The Academic Innovation & Mentoring (AIM) Coordinator will lead engaging academic experiences that don't feel like school. Through STEM activities, literacy, homework support, mentoring, and hands-on enrichment, you'll help members build skills, gain confidence, and discover that learning can be exciting. This role is about much more than academics. You'll build relationships with youth, collaborate with schools, families, volunteers, and fellow Club staff, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where every member feels supported. You'll also jump into the day-to-day life of the Club, assisting with activities and helping wherever needed to ensure kids have a high-quality experience.
