About The Position

The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha, NE is expanding and actively recruiting an academic gastroenterologist to join our faculty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing clinical and academic program with diverse patient care, education, outreach, and research opportunities. Our division is part of a nationally recognized academic medical center with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and innovation. Through our primary clinical partner, Nebraska Medicine, we provide world-class diagnosis and management of the broadest range of gastrointestinal and liver disorders using some of the most advanced diagnostic technologies available. Requirements

MD, DO, MBBS or equivalent
Board certified in internal medicine.
Board certified/eligible in gastroenterology or hepatology
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for patient care, medical student, and resident education.
