If so, Lee Pesky Learning Center (LPLC) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Academic Coach to join our team. LPLC, a leader in education nonprofits, is a comprehensive training, service, and research center with a rich history and a promising future. Located in Boise, Idaho with satellite offices in Sun Valley, LPLC was founded in 1997 by Alan and Wendy Pesky in honor of their son, Lee, who overcame significant learning challenges. Today, LPLC provides one-on-one intensive intervention to people facing obstacles to learning while also training teachers in the classroom and supporting students in schools and communities. We recognize that obstacles to learning can be multi-faceted, and we understand the power of prevention. As an Academic Coach, you will be responsible for providing explicit instruction in the core subjects of reading, writing and math. You will play a pivotal role in equipping students with the foundational skills they need for academic success and personal growth. Why Join Us?
