About The Position

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Academic Coach. Are you committed to helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated, knowledgeable, and reliable Academic Coaches for part-time work. This is an excellent role for college students, teachers, or anyone with a deep passion for education. Academic Coaches will support Elementary & Middle School students in a range of subjects, including Core Subjects: Language Arts, History, Natural Sciences, Math (incl Alg I). Test Prep (Preferred): ISEE. The Academic Coach Experience includes consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours. All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home. A highly supportive and collaborative team environment. Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches. W-2 employment status.

Requirements

• Attending or graduated from a 4-year university
• Available 10+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays
• Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
• Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
