Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, and procedures. Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staff in the assigned academic area. Maintain accurate and confidential student records in accordance with university policies, administrative regulations, and applicable laws; process student documentation and communicate with advisors, faculty, and administrators as needed. Review transcripts, degree audits, and academic records to support graduation checkout processes and verify students progress toward Honors College and university degree requirements. Manage the Undergraduate Research Scholars (URS) Program, including application processing, student tracking, record maintenance, communication with students and faculty mentors, and coordination of program requirements and activities. Analyze student data and prepare reports to support advising initiatives, student success efforts, retention strategies, and other Honors College programs. Assist with student case management by coordinating communications, gathering documentation, and collaborating with faculty, staff, and campus partners to address referrals and student concerns. Stay informed of evolving academic policies, advising practices, technologies, and student success initiatives to effectively support advising operations and student development. Support and participate in signature Honors College events and ceremonies, including Convocation, the Medallion Ceremony, and other special events; assist with student eligibility verification, data management, and program logistics. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned in support of the mission and goals of the Honors College.
