About The Position

Strada Services is looking for Experienced Residential AC Installers to join their team. This role offers steady year-round work, company vehicles, weekly pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities to advance. The AC Installer will be responsible for installing HVAC systems and related components in new residential construction homes, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes, and quality standards. Effective communication, documentation, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience (ductwork and/or equipment installation)
Experience working independently on residential new construction projects
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Own basic HVAC hand and power tools
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety and delivering quality workmanship
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems in new residential construction homes
Install ductwork, air handlers, condensers, thermostats, grilles, bath fans, and refrigerant piping
Follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Complete required documentation and operational reports
Communicate effectively with supervisors, builders, and team members
Safely operate a company vehicle when required
Perform other duties as assigned
