About The Position
Krause Auto Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and detail-oriented ABRA Body Shop Parts Pro to join our growing team at the ABRA Body Shop located at Asheville Ford Lincoln. This role is crucial for supporting dealership operations by assisting customers, technicians, and service advisors with their parts needs, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents
- Basic math and calculation skills including discounts, percentages, and pricing

Responsibilities
- Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and orders
- Provide accurate parts pricing, availability, and order updates
- Communicate professionally with customers, service advisors, and technicians
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to parts requests efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire parts process
- Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and components
- Pull and fill parts orders accurately from inventory
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with weekly bin checks
- Notify management of low inventory or out-of-stock items requiring immediate attention
- Locate and source parts from outside vendors when necessary
- Review body shop estimates to ensure parts and pricing accuracy
- Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed on repair orders
- Process retail payments and credit authorizations
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
- Support additional parts department operations as needed
