About The Position
Join a top-performing, newly renovated ABRA Auto Body shop and take your career to the next level. We’re looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values craftsmanship, and wants to grow with a proven industry leader. This role involves creating accurate repair estimates, educating customers on the repair process, collaborating with insurance adjusters and partners, and ensuring all repairs meet high standards of quality.
Requirements
- 1-3 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser
- Prior damage analysis experience related to hybrid vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft and/or vandalism damage
- Proficiency using Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma required
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday (7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.)

- I-CAR training or other industry training preferred
Responsibilities
- Create accurate, comprehensive repair estimates by examining and analyzing vehicle damage
- Clearly educate customers on the repair process, insurance claims, timelines, and expectations
- Follow the ABRA playbook to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, dealerships, fleet partners, and internal production teams
- Provide timely repair status updates
- Ensure every repair meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
