Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, preferably within the CPG industry.
  • Proven experience in asset development and bringing activations to life via retail, media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret market insights and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with tools such as Nielsen, Circana and Numerator for data analysis.
  • Well versed in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong budget management and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead media and communications to drive growth on Aveeno Body through strategy & execution with a national impact.
  • Build comprehensive go-to-market plans for our Body portfolio, owning 360 activation plans for new product innovation.
  • Support the development of creative briefs and media plans that align with strategic business goals and support product development and lifecycle management.
  • Craft marketing communications (eg Digital, eCommerce and social, video, sampling, etc.), claims and impactful media plans with cross-functionals and external agency partners.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Uncover insights about the category, competitor & retail customers to inform business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Customer Strategy, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Global Brand Development, Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
  • Partner closely with the customer teams and agency partners to ensure creative development process delivers against defined objectives, on time and effectively.
