As a Senior ABM Specialist, you'll design and execute highly targeted, multi-touch account-based marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue from high-value enterprise accounts. You'll play a critical role in shaping Frontify's allbound GTM strategy, working closely with Sales, SDRs, Brand, and Partnerships to deliver coordinated, personalized experiences across the full buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing with an enterprise focus, including at least 3 years in account-based marketing
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales cycles, and large account dynamics
  • Proven track record in demand generation, multi-channel campaign execution, and pipeline creation in close collaboration with sales teams
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and ABM platforms (e.g., DreamData, UserGems, Mutiny)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline within target accounts
  • Partner with SDRs, Brand Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver coordinated multi-channel campaigns across inbound and outbound motions
  • Design and launch tailored campaigns -- including content, paid media, outbound support, and microsites -- aligned to specific industries, personas, and pain points
  • Apply an experimentation mindset by analyzing campaign performance, account intent data, and ROI to continuously optimize strategy and execution
  • Contribute to and help shape the MarTech stack (e.g., UserGems, DreamData, HubSpot, Mutiny)
  • Create targeted messaging and collateral tailored to specific accounts, industries, and buyer personas
  • Deliver monthly RoaS reporting, define benchmarks, and communicate a clear ROI narrative across Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio and Brand teams to continuously optimize campaign assets and performance
