Requirements

• Positive and fun attitude
• Able to perform physical labor and able to lift 75 lbs
• Clean driving record required
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English
• Must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Previous restoration experience is a plus
• IICRC or other certifications Preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle materials containing asbestos and lead
• Assist with jobs involving mold and bacteria from water damage
• Help perform abatements to control the work environment and protect homeowners and workers
• Follow all safety procedures on-site
• Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage.
