About The Position

Precious Care ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians / RBTs to join their team. This role involves working one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, focusing on teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. The position emphasizes meaningful work, career growth, and making a visible difference in clients' lives. Precious Care ABA aims to match therapists with clients near their homes and offers flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
• Reliable and consistent
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction
• Open to feedback and willing to learn
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs

Responsibilities
