About The Position

Precious Care ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, helping them communicate, build independence, and develop life-changing skills. This role offers the opportunity to do meaningful work, grow your career, and make a visible difference. We are currently hiring in Belleville and are looking for individuals with previous ABA experience.

Requirements

• Previous ABA experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available at least 3 days per week during PM/after-school hours
• Reliable and consistent — when a client is counting on you, you show up
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable working hands-on with children
• Able to follow treatment plans and BCBA direction
• Open to feedback and willing to learn
• Able to communicate, read, and write in English sufficiently to understand treatment plans and complete required documentation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client homes
• Professional, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with families and BCBAs

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Already an RBT

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document progress
• Work closely with BCBAs and families
• Celebrate your clients' wins — big and small
