About The Position
Behavioral Milestones is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team. They offer a unique approach to ABA therapy that focuses on naturalistic, play-based methods, embedding goals into everyday activities rather than relying on traditional methods. The company emphasizes a strong team culture, regular virtual team events with prizes, and direct in-person support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). They are looking for individuals with at least one year of experience in in-home ABA therapy who are passionate about making a high-impact in children's lives through engaging and creative therapy.
Requirements
- 1+ years of in-home ABA experience (Required).
- Experience with naturalistic, play-based therapy.
- Ability to collect accurate data.
- Willingness to work closely with supervisors and families.
