About The Position
We are a group of passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts, ABA experts, teachers, and award-winning children’s entertainers who have pioneered a natural approach to supporting children’s needs that uses the science of human behavior (ABA) combined with unique fun to accelerate independence in the home, classroom, and community. Behavioral Milestones pairs naturalistic, play-based therapy for the client with a team culture that keeps you connected. We are looking for seasoned RBTs who are ready to trade "rigid programs" for creative, real-world engagement. This role involves turning everyday moments into high-impact learning opportunities for the client, collecting accurate data without breaking the natural flow of the session, and working closely with supervisors and families to ensure functional, real-world success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home ABA experience (Required)
- Experienced RBTs who are ready to trade "rigid programs" for creative, real-world engagement.
- Value high clinical standards and love implementing supervisor feedback to grow.
