About The Position

Cortica is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs at Cortica are leaders who create a supportive environment for clinicians to thrive and make a meaningful impact on families. Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for the individual.
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
