About The Position

Cortica is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs at Cortica are leaders who make a difference, creating a supportive environment within a transdisciplinary team. The role involves overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and leading behavior technicians (BTs). Cortica offers a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming and values professional development, growth, and well-being.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
  • Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Supervising cases and empowering behavior technicians.
  • Providing ABA direct service hours billed and converted within their POD.
  • Focusing on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests at BCBA levels III and IV.
  • Designing a schedule that works for you, with autonomy over when and where to supervise cases.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
