About The Position

Cortica is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. BCBAs at Cortica are leaders who make a difference, creating a supportive environment within a transdisciplinary team. The role involves overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and leading behavior technicians (BTs). Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
Supervising cases and empowering behavior technicians.
Providing ABA direct service hours billed and converted within their POD.
Focusing on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests at BCBA levels III and IV.
Designing a schedule that works for you, with autonomy over when and where to supervise cases.
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
