About The Position

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training to join our Rising Stars program. This is an opportunity for Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who are accruing supervision hours and are enrolled in an accredited Master's program. The role involves providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years old, collecting data, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with BCBAs and the team. The program guarantees a path to becoming a BCBA with competitive compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
• Must have accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed

Responsibilities

• Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)

• Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborating with BCBAs and our team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
