About The Position

Early Autism Services (EAS) is seeking a remote healthcare recruiter with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join their growing team. EAS is a founder-owned company that provides proactive, personalized ABA therapy for children nationwide. The company values high-caliber services through data-driven treatment, supporting each child's potential, and promoting teamwork and respect. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to find qualified candidates for state-specific open positions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of remote healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume ABA positions. The Administrative Support team plays a vital role in the company's mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families, prioritizing client and employee success.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong preference for prior ABA recruiting
High volume recruiting experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet and ADP
Experience using multiple Applicant Tracking Systems

Nice To Haves

1-3 years healthcare recruiting (remote) experience, preferably in a high volume / Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) position.

Responsibilities

High volume full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/ RBTs) in a designated area.
Screening candidates, interviewing, making offers, and follow up communication.
Work with operations, HR, and local teams to identify staffing needs.
Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and other resources.
Use ATS to track candidate activities and job postings.
