About The Position

The Program Supervisor role at Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is designed to address the supervision bottleneck in ABA therapy. This position offers clinical supervision with consultation scope for Master's level professionals. Program Supervisors will run pods, supervise clinical staff with genuine authority, contribute to treatment planning, and, for those with a Master's degree, extend their scope to adult residential and group home consultation. KEBM is a five-clinic ABA therapy company founded in 2016, serving a diverse client base including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp families. They utilize a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology, a pod-based group ABA therapy model focusing on social skills, behavior intervention, and individualized goals within a structured group dynamic. The company emphasizes clinical quality, positive outcomes, and a supportive work environment for its team of over 68 professionals.

Requirements

  • BCaBA certification or active BCBA candidacy with supervised hours accumulating.
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of ABA experience.
  • Previous experience supervising staff, including accountability conversations, coaching, and decision-making.
  • Comfortable with a varied role including pods, 1:1s, and consultation.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to behaviors including elopement, aggression, and self-injury.
  • Ability to perform physically active tasks such as standing, walking, sitting on the floor, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Supervise RBTs, Lead RBTs, and Program Supervisor Trainees with genuine authority.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
  • Run pods and deliver direct clinical services, modeling interventions, managing challenging behaviors, and coaching in real time.
  • Consult into adult residential and group home settings (Master's level only) under BCBA oversight.
  • Coach Trainees and Lead RBTs on the team.
  • Own the quality of the pod's data and documentation, ensuring it is defensible, clean, and timely.
