ABA Program Supervisor Trainee (Mid Tier)

Key Essentials to Behavior Management, CorpIndio, CA

About The Position

The Program Supervisor Trainee role at Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is designed to bridge the gap for clinicians pursuing their Master's degree and certification (BCaBA or BCBA). Unlike many ABA companies, KEBM invests in developing supervisory skills before certification, offering full pay and support. This role is a period of deliberate development, not a holding pattern, allowing trainees to gain supervisory experience while completing their studies and preparing for certification exams. KEBM is a five-clinic ABA therapy company founded in 2016, with locations in Southern California and Georgia. They serve a diverse client base, including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp families, using their proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology. The company emphasizes clinical quality, evidence-based therapy, and a supportive work environment for its 68+ professionals. The S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology is a pod-based group ABA therapy model where social skills, behavior intervention, and individualized goals are delivered within a structured group dynamic. Pods consist of 3-6 clients grouped by age, skill level, and goal alignment, with a facilitator-to-client ratio of 1:3. Supervisors are always on-site, providing real-time coaching and support. The company serves all clients equally, regardless of funding source or program type, and values a culture of respect and inclusivity.
