Requirements
- Reliable, energetic, and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work with teenagers.
- English required.
Nice To Haves
- Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or behavioral support is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using ABA strategies.
- Focus on skill-building, independence, and social skills tailored for a teenager.
- Collaborating with the family and clinical team to track progress.
