ABA Paraprofessional Position (BT) - West Babylon, NY
About The Position
The ABA Paraprofessional (BT) will provide 1:1 in-home ABA support to an engaging, bright, and energetic 8-year-old boy in West Babylon, New York. The position involves an active, engaging environment and uses Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to support the child’s growth, confidence, emotional regulation, and development. The paraprofessional will help build positive habits and daily routines, develop skills, navigate challenges, and celebrate progress. The role calls for consistency, creativity, patience, energy, structure, and reliability, along with a genuine desire to make a difference. Experience with children with special needs and ABA strategies is a major plus. Sessions are part-time during after-school hours; mornings and weekends are described as remaining free.
