About The Position
Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 6-year-old child in Yonkers, NY. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and are motivated to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families!
- Reliable and dependable, ready to make a difference!
- Ability to pass required background screenings
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with care and dedication.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!
- Collect data and document session progress to showcase the amazing growth!
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to create a supportive environment.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times, ensuring a safe space for everyone.
