Requirements
- Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or pediatric behavioral support is required.
- Patient, fun, and knows how to keep a 9-year-old boy motivated and creatively engaged during weekend free time.
- Understands the importance of building routine and providing structure.
Nice To Haves
- English and Spanish speaking preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using established ABA strategies.
- Implement behavior intervention plans to support positive choices and emotional regulation.
- Work on social skills, community outings, and functional daily living skills.
