About The Position
Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 14-year-old child in Paterson, NJ. This role offers an opportunity to work with children and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children preferred
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to pass required background screenings
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm!
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with dedication!
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way!
- Collect data and document session progress accurately!
- Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes!
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times!
