About The Position
We're looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 in-home services for a 17-year-old boy in Queens, NY. This role involves providing in-home behavioral support, following individualized treatment plans, and helping to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents is a MUST
- Patient, caring, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for helping children and teens learn and grow
