About The Position

We are seeking a COMPASSIONATE, ENERGETIC & RELIABLE in-person professional for 1-on-1 home sessions with an amazing, verbal 8-year-old girl (moderate functioning level with severe behaviors). If you love being active, mentoring, and helping kids thrive while earning a top-tier rate, this is the perfect fit for you! The role involves 1-on-1 in-home setting providing meaningful, individualized support alongside a virtual BCBA.

Requirements

• Must be compassionate, energetic, and reliable.
• Must be able to work after 4:30 PM on weekdays and weekends.
• Must speak English.
• Must bring energy, patience, positivity, and reliability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children with severe behaviors.
• Experience with moderate functioning level children.
• Experience in ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home sessions with an 8-year-old girl.
