This role offers an opportunity to work closely with children in the ABA Clinic, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
Experience working with children in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
Strong understanding of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.
Excellent supervision and training skills for supporting staff development.
Ability to coordinate multiple services and communicate effectively with caregivers, team members, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in data collection, management, and reporting.
Knowledge of state and agency guidelines related to behavioral health services.

Nice To Haves

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialized ABA treatment and support to children and young adults based on individualized plans.
Supervise and train ABA Support Staff in accurate data collection and implementation of treatment strategies.
Coordinate both Center-Based and Home-Based services in compliance with state regulations and guidelines.
Provide guidance to ABA Support Staff regarding administrative and operational issues.
Conduct activities on behalf of a designated caseload to ensure effective coordination with caregivers and other involved parties.
Collect, analyze, and manage data to prepare comprehensive summary reports on client progress.
Check insurance validity across clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of client information.
