About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our growing RI team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, who are pursuing a master’s degree in ABA and want to build their internship experience into a full-time career as a BCBA. The trainee will facilitate quality behavioral health services by serving as a liaison between clients and service providers, and will be responsible for supervising, training, and managing direct service staff, as well as maintaining related treatment services and program documentation. This position provides valuable clinical experience that contributes toward the supervised hours required for licensure.

Requirements

• Enrolled in Master’s program, pursuing BCBA credential
• Accruing or looking to accrue fieldwork hours toward the BCBA credential
• ABA experience
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Access to high speed secure internet required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
