About The Position

The company is looking for passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. While RBT certification is a plus, the company offers assistance to obtain it. The role involves working directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, schools, or centers) to teach essential skills like communication, sharing, playing, and waiting, through fun, play-based activities. Requirements

  • Minimum of High School diploma
  • A love and Passion for working with children
  • Interest in learning
  • Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
  • Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet)
  • At least 3 weekdays w/ same availability
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

Nice To Haves

  • RBT certification
  • College course work

Responsibilities

  • Teach young children affected by autism
  • Work directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home but also in schools and our centers)
  • Teach children how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills
  • Make the session fun by teaching through play-based activities
