About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This role offers a supportive and welcoming environment with a leadership team dedicated to individual growth. The position is part-time, offering the chance to make a significant impact on a child's life by bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families. The work involves directly interacting with children and families in their natural environments (homes, schools, centers) to teach essential life skills such as communication, sharing, and play, using fun, play-based activities. Training is provided to ensure staff are confident in their skills.

Requirements

Minimum of High School diploma.
A love and passion for working with children.
Interest in learning.
Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

RBT certification.
College coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, schools, centers).
Teach children how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills.
Utilize play-based activities to make sessions fun and engaging.
Implement ABA treatment in partnership with families.
