About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. While RBT certification is a plus, the company offers training and support to help individuals obtain it. Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• A love and passion for working with children.
• Interest in learning.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web Enabled Device (laptop or tablet).
• At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
• College coursework.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and families in their natural environment (home, school, center).
• Teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills.
• Make sessions fun by teaching through play-based activities.
• Provide calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism.
