About The Position

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. We offer support for obtaining your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and guidance for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials. This is a part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in a child's life by bringing calm, protection, and happiness to families and children affected by autism. Our treatment involves working directly with the child and family in their natural environment (home, schools, or centers) to teach essential skills like communication, sharing, play, and waiting. The role involves using play-based activities to make sessions fun and requires staff to be confident in instructing children affected by autism. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and friendly.

Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma.
• A love and passion for working with children.
• Interest in learning.
• Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
• Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
• At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.

Nice To Haves

• RBT certification.
• College coursework a plus.

Responsibilities
