The ABA Case Supervisor will develop individualized, person-centered programs in collaboration with a BCBA, reflecting each client's strengths, needs, preferences, and meaningful goals. This role involves creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans that prioritize dignity, autonomy, safety, and quality of life using least-intrusive, supportive strategies. The supervisor will also complete client progress reports, provide family and caregiver education rooted in ABA principles while honoring neurodiversity, family values, and cultural considerations, and maintain a minimum of 50% in-person work schedule with all direct supervision conducted 100% in person. Additionally, the role includes assisting BCBA(s) with Functional Behavioral Assessments, meeting authorized service hours for assigned caseloads, minimizing session cancellations, and providing direct 1:1 support when coverage is unavailable.
