About The Position

The ABA Case Manager supports clients in homes, schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional time at the San Dimas clinic. This is a traveling role focused on quality care, manageable caseloads, mentorship, and professional growth. The position includes support for BTs/RBTs, client assessment and treatment planning, progress monitoring, parent training, and collaboration with the clinical team. BCaBA and master’s-level candidates are welcome.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in ABA is required; the master’s coursework must be VCS approved by the BACB.
• A bachelor’s degree with proof of enrollment in a master’s program is acceptable.
• BCaBA, or currently pursuing BCBA.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Passion for working with children and mentoring others.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of ABA experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support BTs/RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, including FBA, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with the clinical team.
