About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring an ABA Therapist (BT) for a part-time role providing in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. The position offers a flexible schedule, support and guidance from BCBAs, RBT training, and opportunities to develop a career in ABA. Work is conducted on the road, with a stated goal of keeping travel to no more than a 30-minute drive. The hourly pay range is $20.00–$30.00.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of ABA therapy experience (required).
• Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to participate in a collaborative team of professionals focused on positive outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of the work.
