About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Spanish-speaking ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 9-year-old boy in Warwick, NY. The services will be provided in the client's home from Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The pay rate is $25-$30 per hour. Please note that the client may display aggressive and challenging behaviors, so candidates must be comfortable managing these behaviors and able to remain calm, patient, and consistent while providing one-on-one support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish-speaking
- Experience working with children
- Comfortable working with aggressive behaviors
- Reliable, patient, and responsible
- Caring and comfortable providing one-on-one support
- Comfortable working in a home environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children on the autism spectrum or challenging behaviors preferred
