No prior experience? No problem! We'll provide support through the RBT process, mentorship, and all the tools you need to shine. Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor's a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit on the floor comfortably
- Reliable car and willingness to drive between client locations
- CPR certification or ability to obtain it before starting
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy sessions in homes, schools, or clinics
- Encourage clients to build confidence and independence
- Record session data and communicate progress with your BCBA
- Bring creativity and positivity into every interaction
