About The Position
Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice to serve as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice for individuals nearing the completion of their BCBA certification. This program offers tailored BCBA exam study plans, hands-on learning with experienced BCBAs, structured mentorship, and a clear path to a BCBA role within the company. The program aims to support future BCBAs in applying their skills in real clinical settings, refining clinical judgment, and preparing for the BCBA exam and subsequent career growth.
Requirements
- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
