About The Position
This ABA Apprentice program at Behavioral Innovations is designed to serve as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice for individuals who are nearing the completion of their BCBA certification. The program offers structured mentorship, hands-on learning experiences with experienced BCBAs, and a personalized study plan to prepare apprentices for the BCBA exam and their first BCBA role. The company emphasizes a supportive environment where apprentices can develop their skills, gain confidence, and have clear paths for future growth within the organization, including leadership and specialized roles.
Requirements
- Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
- Active RBT certification
- At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
- Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
- Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
- Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
- Research literature related to client programs.
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
- Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
- Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
