About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking an ABA Apprentice for their Cockeysville Treatment Center. This program is designed for individuals who have nearly completed their degree and are accumulating supervision hours for the BCBA exam. The program aims to provide a bridge between graduate school and independent practice by offering mentorship from experienced BCBAs, hands-on clinical experience, and a personalized study plan. Apprentices will learn from top BCBAs, apply skills in real clinical settings, and receive guidance from a dedicated Learning & Development team to prepare for the exam and secure a BCBA role within the company. The program emphasizes personalized learning, confidence-building through hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and clear career progression paths, including opportunities in leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles.

Requirements

Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence
Active RBT certification
At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a mini-caseload of learners.
Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
Research literature related to client programs.
Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
