About The Position

As a Client Transition Advisor you'll be responsible for product sales support and data entry related to onboarding new clients and account transition of existing clients. Responsible to deliver initial training to our customers on new services. You'll carefully listen and work with the customer to understand the features they need of each product to be able to establish the new service properly and accurately. They must also keep customers, bankers and sales representatives informed of progress throughout the transition process. Responsible for supporting Operations Manager with onboarding several customers in different stages of the boarding and transition process. Effectively manage the boarding process for each customer, constantly reaching out to the customer to transition them by following established processes. Has a specific focus on removing obstacles, and keeping all required stakeholders informed. Ensure product and application implementations are completed successfully and timely in support of all requested services and products. Schedule, coordinate, and moderate any required customer calls and training. Educate our clients on the importance of understanding and mitigating risk as it relates to their business. Actively support Operations procedures, staying focused on process improvement initiatives. Ensure alignment with what is communicated to customers and the daily experience of our clients once they transition to a Relationship Banker.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
