This role involves facilitating daily activities, identifying problems, recommending solutions, and ensuring compliance with company standards and goals. The supervisor will also attend job-specific training, conduct on-the-job training and development, and perform administrative tasks such as budget assistance, payment processing, personnel activities, and staff scheduling.
