About The Position

A Deployment Technician is responsible for executing technology rollouts across end‑user environments. The role focuses on preparing, configuring, installing, and validating hardware and software assets to ensure seamless adoption with minimal disruption to operations. Key activities include device imaging, application deployment, peripheral setup, system testing, troubleshooting, and documenting installation steps. Deployment Technicians often work within defined project timelines and standards, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and end users to ensure accuracy, compliance, and successful handoff.
