About The Position

ZIO is looking for experienced Audio & Visual Installation Technicians. This role involves building complex A/V systems at a high-quality level, establishing well thought out practices and procedures, and a passion for A/V and self-betterment. The Installation Technician will review scope of work and drawings, organize project information and materials, assist with rack builds, installation and termination of cables, and interface with clients and other professionals to represent ZIO.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience of demonstrated technical aptitude installing electronic systems in the custom electronics field.
• Experience in related fields such as security, IT infrastructure, building automation or other low-voltage systems installation field will also be considered.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and methods for trades including framing, electrical, HVAC, and others.

Responsibilities

• Review scope of work and drawings to ensure understanding of the project and steps needed for completion.
• Organize all project information and materials.
• Assist with rack build.
• Install and terminate cables.
• Interface with clients and other professionals in a manner that best represents ZIO.
