About The Position
Perform in-process and final assembly inspections per QMS requirements. Accurately document inspection results and input data. Communicate acceptance criteria and results to engineering, management, and production teams. Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in Oracle ERP. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A&P License required.
- 3–5 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA/aviation industry requirements.
- Strong background in aircraft mechanical and pneumatic systems, integration, and inspection techniques.
- Proficient with precision measurement tools, Microsoft Office, CATIA V5 (or similar), and interpreting 2D/3D drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet required vision standards.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
