Requirements

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment
• Must be able to pass required background checks and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with commercial, regional, or corporate aircraft is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace aircraft components and systems
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Complete maintenance documentation and logbook entries accurately
• Conduct routine inspections including pre-flight, post-flight, and phase inspections
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with maintenance teams and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
